Project launch

All stakeholders, the client, the project manager and the eLearning Studio team recall the important points of the project, and together establish the needs, priority areas, educational objectives, framework and deadlines of the e-Learning project.

Quality Control

The adjustments are integrated. Strict quality control is applied to spelling, ergonomics and the functioning of sequences and interactivities.
The final version is delivered.

Screenwriting, creation of a storyboard

Based on the existing content provided (training materials, graphic charter, visual and/or sound supports, etc.), the team develops a storyboard to best materialize the future content that will be created.
This storyboard integrates the training content, quizzes, interactivities, and the general graphic universe to be respected.
This storyboard is validated by the client.

Project closure

The final closing stage is an opportunity to take stock of the project, and to define the conditions of the life cycle of the module produced.

Technical realization

The technical production aims to reproduce as faithfully as possible all the elements planned by the storyboard.
It also includes all visual illustrations, voice-overs and sound effects.
A first version is delivered for review.
